Raw materials from a specific source

Something we have vouched for over many decades: our coasters not only bear quality, they are also made from quality material.

For example, our coaster board is manufactured from the very best of raw materials that originate from renewable and eco-friendly sources provided by our wholly owned subsidiary Svanskog Bruk AB in Sweden. Particularly the core material of the coaster board (wood pulp) consists of wood from forest thinning, without any additional trunk wood. The forestry thinnings are produced in sustainable forestry.

However, depending on the type and the quality, the coaster board materials are refined by mixing recycled paper containing wood and cellulose bleached using oxygen.
